Got the shilajit and the same day I got it in the mail I used it. That same day I was able to quit smoking and I haven’t gotten any withdrawals or cravings to smoke. Oct. 2, 2023 lest than a week in right now but one day haves to be your first week, I also able to get to sleep quicker and able to wake up sooner with energy to last the whole day.

I learned far more than expected. It's well written and contains so much information about how the alkaline diet works, where it began and so many things it can address. There are some really good recipes too. I never would have thought about chickpea tacos, but they are delicious. Overall a great read I found very helpful that I think you will too.

Most useful for those who, like me, hate taking the classic traditional medicines that are good for one thing and bad for everything else. In this encyclopedia there are descriptions of all the healing powers of herbs and plants, there are the various pictures attached, and there is an explanation of what it cures, what it is good for, etc. Super recommended!

Yet, Dr. Marianne Teitelbaum, under the expert guidance of Vaidya Ram Kant Mishra, gets to the heart and soul of Ayurved, removing the mystery, confusion, and esoteria. The physiological rationale made easy to influence anyone who’s experiencing issues to make changes to its diet. I guess I expected more according to the high reviews of the book. The information is repetitive. I expected more details on the herbal concoctions and specific usage but was directed to the website to purchase items. I’m a bit disappointed as I had been debating on buying the book for some time now.

This book assumes you already are familiar with Dr. Sebi's diet and how it all works. This book chooses to focus on the herbs themselves. We start with where to find the herbs, this can involve harvesting them elsewhere, growing them, etc. Then there is a section on what to do with the herbs once you have them. This section includes info on make capsules, teas, etc. Then we take a closer look at the different herbs and plants. We look at them individually and how they can be used and what they can help with. This book is full of more specialized information than a lot of other books on this subject, but it is helpful information.Dr. Sebi believed in using herbs to help heal the body and keeping an alkaline diet to prevent illness. This book has everything you want to know about getting your health in order! This is a great book that discusses who Dr. Sebi was and his beliefs for cleansing and healing the body. If you want to learn how to have a disease-free life naturally, Dr. Sebi’s methods can help.
